Health and Wellness

  • MSU student researchers conduct a physiological experiment.

Olin Health Center at Michigan State University provides students with a variety of health education and primary health care services. Students have the option of seeing an Olin Health Care provider at the main Olin Health Center, or at one of the satellite locations located in the neighborhoods. Primary Care for illness and minor injuries is available at all 5 locations.  Additional specialized health services are available at our Olin Health Center location. Services available by appointment include:

On-site services also include radiology, a laboratory, a retail pharmacy, and Health Education services. Access to services is facilitated by our Phone Information Nurse, Pharmacy Delivery Service and Courtesy Van for transportation to and from Olin Health Center.

Students enrolled in MSU classes are eligible for three prepaid medical office visits each academic year. Lab, X-ray, medical procedures and other ancillary services are not considered part of the prepaid visits and charges will apply. Charges for these services can be billed to insurance, and charges not covered by insurance are billed to the student. There are no charges for most Health Education Department visits.
